Join East Coast Wild Foods and Janie Bogardus – Head Chef at The Watch That End The Night for an afternoon foraging for wild edibles along the Eastern Shore.

Sunday, July 15th

1 – 4 PM

Cost $40 per person

We will meet at a ‘to be disclosed’ location on the Eastern Shore – about 30 minutes outside of Halifax.

Throughout the afternoon we will discover a wide selection of seaside wild food. We will learn how to identify and harvest seaside wild food sustainably. Afterwards we will return to the wild food workshop where Chef Janie will teach us about wild food preparation. We will have a light lunch of wild preserves prepared by Janie enjoyed with wild-crafted drinks.
