Join East Coast Wild Foods and Janie Bogardus – Head Chef at The Watch That End The Night for an afternoon foraging for wild mushrooms, plants and berries.

1 – 4 PM

Cost $50 per person

We will meet at a ‘to be disclosed’ location about 30 minutes outside of Halifax.

This workshop will focus on wild edible mushrooms. We will learn how to identify, harvest and prepare wild mushrooms as well as other wild foods. Afterwards, Janie will teach us about simple wild food preparations. We will have a light lunch of wild preserves with a focus on wild mushrooms prepared by Janie enjoyed with wild-crafted drinks.
